Brian came to Aero3DP with a part made out of PVC tubing. At the end of the 3rd day Brian had a working part in his hand. During this process, we had refined the design and made it cheaper and easier to manufacture.

"Aero3DP is a MUST for all inventors! I had been working on the design of my new product for many, many months. It was grueling months of drawing, re-drawing and re-drawing (lots of trees were butchered in the name of an invention)! In fact, I took all my drawing, all 20 pages, of it to David. But to my amazment, David didn't even need all my drawings. He intuitively understands design in function, form and economics. Within days, he had a CAD prepared with a functioning prototype! Ms. Kim came to us on a Friday evening with hand full of sketches. By Monday morning there was a prototype in her hands. She gave some input and made some minor changes and by the next morning she picked up the finish prototype.

This was one of our more heavily invovled projects. Within 1 years time we converted hand sketches to 3D models, made a handfull of prototypes and produced 500 working paintball guns. Each unit was capable of shooting 25+ paintballs per second. This gun is amazing, and just imagine, it all started with someones idea on a piece of paper.
